About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. evaluate the effectiveness of user experience (UX) practice to enhance customer experience
    2. gather and assess prototype target-user information to improve design iteration
    3. apply UX design principles in developing industry-standard marketing contact points.
