About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. explain the relationship between land use, urban form and transport systems, including its role in shaping travel behaviour
    2. examine the main features of the infrastructure agencies; including the regulatory framework, powers and responsibilities
    3. evaluate measures for an integrated approach to the provision of transport infrastructure, urban development and street design
    4. apply a range of transport planning techniques for assessing demand and supply of infrastructure.

  • CUR-URP-MAS-2022 - Master of Urban and Regional Planning

Elective

  • CUR-MAA-MAS-2022 - Master of Architecture
  • OUA-PSU-GCE-2022 - Postgraduate Single Subjects
  • UNE-PRO-GCE-2022 - Graduate Certificate in Professional Practice

Additional requirements

  • Equipment requirements - Access to hardware: camera, webcam, speakers and microphone.
