About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. identify concepts, themes and psychoanalytical and philosophical methodologies of screen analysis
    2. appraise themes, concepts and styles in past and present political films
    3. apply discipline knowledge and critical skills to the analysis of past and present political films
    4. synthesise knowledge and skills of psychoanalytical and philosophical analysis and present outcomes in writing and orally.
