  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. identify concepts, themes and methodology in the study of television texts and audiences
    2. appraise themes, concepts and styles in past and present television drama
    3. apply discipline knowledge to analysis of television drama
    4. synthesise national and transnational television theory
    5. develop an understanding of the changing production landscape.
