About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. examine the unique practice environment for health service managers and the impact of organisational dynamics and governance
    2. effectively interpret and evaluate financial information to inform management decisions in health service organisations

    3. apply key principles and financial management tools to ensure optimal resource allocation in health service organisations

    4. evaluate strategies to lead and manage change effectively.
