About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. evaluate information objects according to content, context, or structure
    2. derive classifications and subject headings using international conventions
    3. create library-focused metadata records using international standards in a digital environment
    4. produce documentation for library metadata processes and procedures.

Core

  • CUR-INL-GDI-2022 - Graduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies
  • CUR-INM-MAS-2022 - Master of Information Management

Elective

  • OUA-PSU-GCE-2022 - Postgraduate Single Subjects
  • UNE-PRO-GCE-2022 - Graduate Certificate in Professional Practice
