About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. identify key architectural histories and vocabularies through reading, research and observation, and record these using relevant written and visual forms
    2. critically analyse historical works of architecture and reflect upon own experiences of engagement with the built environment
    3. use a range of research techniques to develop skills in critical and analytical thinking and academic writing
