About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. analyse the issues and challenges for public health nutrition in developed countries
    2. interpret food and nutrition monitoring and surveillance methods
    3. critically reflect on the evidence for and implementation status of food and nutrition policy
    4. construct an argument for public health nutrition within a professional setting.
