About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. explain the primary explanations of criminal behaviour and illustrate how these may apply to contemporary issues
    2. describe the relationship between criminality and wider society
    3. apply theoretical models to help explain contemporary societal problems
    4. communicate professionally, ethically, and with academic integrity.
