Projects require the procurement of a wide variety of resources in order to carry out the various project activities. The process by which people, goods and services are obtained is referred to as procurement. This subject explores project procurement; acquisition processes; procurement planning; source selection; procurement documents; tendering and awards and contract administration.The subject also considers the body of law that affects procurement.
