About this subject
At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- synthesise major and organisational behaviour models and theories to enhance project effectiveness
- apply analytical and critical thinking skills to produce evidence-based documents incorporating awareness of organisational behaviour in a project environment
- evaluate performances in a diverse project team

This subject encompasses human behaviour at the individual, project and organisational level, with particular focus on the requirements of project teams and diversity.
