About this subject
At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- synthesise major and organisational behaviour models and theories to enhance project effectiveness
- apply analytical and critical thinking skills to produce evidence-based documents incorporating awareness of organisational behaviour in a project environment
- evaluate performances in a diverse project team
- demonstrate an understanding of plagiarism, paraphrasing and the principles of Academic Integrity.

This subject encompasses human behaviour at the individual, project and organisational level, with particular focus on the requirements of project teams.
