About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. identify and describe the narrative techniques and writing practices employed in self-branding within professional writing contexts
    2. develop written works that employ work personas appropriate to various online and offline genres of writing
    3. analyse and interpret various published texts, peer-produced texts and personal creative practices in various genres
    4. critically engage with and assess ethical and cultural issues involved in the production and management of personal and professional writing personas.
