  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. critically evaluate the role of key actors and institutions involved in health stewardship in national and global contexts
    2. evaluate the performance of health systems including the complexities involved in balancing competing objectives
    3. assess the options for health system reform including debates and controversies around inequity
