About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. reflect on personal practices in relationship to contemporary theory and practice in designing courses of second language instruction
    2. integrate knowledge of learner needs, instructional goals and objectives, syllabus design, materials writing and test development
    3. analyse and interpret example of course material and language assessment tests
    4. evaluate adapt learning materials and tests to be educationally, culturally and socially appropriate in specific contexts.
