About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will:

    1. analyse how management principles, in the broad areas of construction project management, apply to different stakeholders in project development processes
    2. discuss and reflect upon the construction industry and its place in the community and the external factors that influence it
    3. analyse the roles and functions of professional disciplines and the range of management concepts and techniques utilized by professionals in the delivery of construction projects.
