About this subject

  • At completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. research, evaluate and synthesize materials as they relate to the interior
    2. communicate creatively and professionally, complex information related to materiality
    3. experiment with the application of materials within a spatial context considering aesthetics and functionality
    4. experiment with the application of materials within a spatial context considering aesthetics and functionality
    5. create a design solution for a small scale project that demonstrates an understanding of detailed joinery construction.
