About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the concepts, substance and structure of the content and teaching strategies of the humanities
    2. implement strategies and develop resources suitable for school students to improve engagement and learning about the humanities
    3. plan instruction based on an inquiry approach to learning
    4. appraise the importance of values and civics within the humanities.
