About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. demonstrate an understanding of indexing tools and practice
    2. create metadata records for a range of information objects
    3. apply international standards to produce bibliographic information
    4. research and contextualise technological applications against the theoretical framework in information organisation and retrieval.
