    2. demonstrate an advanced level of decision-making skills and techniques to identify suitable method for analysis of food components
    3. perform and interpret the chemical analysis for a variety of vitamins, minerals, additives, and protein by a variety of methods
    4. demonstrate an ability to work in a group and individually
