About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. apply critical concepts to evaluate how truth, evidence and the counterfactual shape or have the potential to shape society and education
    2. critically evaluate the perspectives, knowledge and practices shaping educational contexts, reforms and trends in the post-truth era
    3. apply perspectives and practices derived from critical pedagogical and Indigenous traditions to formulate approaches to leading pedagogical, policy and/or curriculum change in a post-truth context
    4. integrate critical pedagogical and Indigenous perspectives and knowledge in the design of learning
