About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. develop a repertoire of research-based strategies that support all children’s participation in learning
    2. examine and evaluate ways in which children’s health and wellbeing can be maintained in educational settings
    3. appraise a range of strategies designed to manage challenging behaviours that respect children’s rights and align with professional ethics and responsibilities
    4. develop strategies for establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with families
    5. design a supportive learning environment that fosters all children’s learning and relationships
    6. demonstrate an understanding of plagiarism, paraphrasing and the principles of Academic Integrity

To enrol in this subject, you must be admitted into a degree.
