About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. integrate design thinking principles, practices and contemporary educational theory in the development of educational innovations
    2. analyse data to identify the need for an educational innovation that accommodates a diverse range of students
    3. employ learning and teaching data and scholarship of teaching and learning to inform the rationale and design of an educational innovation
    4. design and develop an educational innovation for an identified need in teaching, learning and /or assessment specific to one’s discipline and context utilising design thinking principles and procedures
    5. integrate critique into the design and development of an educational innovation.
