About this subject
At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- demonstrate planning, programming and monitoring/control techniques used in projects
appraise and use software applications and practical techniques in managing projects including planning, monitoring and control
- use computer technology to inter-link various project data with planning and scheduling.

This subject enables students to develop construction planning and scheduling techniques. Students will understand how construction projects are monitored and controlled using planning techniques, and how planning interfaces with various aspects of project information.
