About this subject
At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- explain planning, programming and monitoring/control techniques used in projects
- appraise and use practical application techniques in managing projects including planning, monitoring and control
- use computer technology to inter-link various project data with planning and scheduling.

This subject develops construction planning and scheduling techniques with specific focus on construction planning, monitoring and controlling of projects as well as the interface with various project information.
