About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will:

    1. apply the principles of construction management to all of the stakeholders in the building construction process
    2. discuss and reflect upon the building industry and its place in the commsubjecty and the external factors that influence it
    3. analyse the role functions of the construction manager and the range of management concepts and techniques utilised in construction projects.
