About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. explain, analyse and apply basic legal concepts and principles relating to company law
    2. apply legal reasoning and problem solving methods to resolve problems relating to company law
    3. apply appropriate techniques to select, evaluate and use information from primary and secondary sources to make informed judgments about legal issues relating to company law
    4. write well-structured documents using appropriate language and styles that are relevant to company law.
