About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students should be able to:

    1. work in a fully online, enhanced learning environment, to consolidate and synthesise knowledge of the morphology, syntax and vocabulary of New Testament Greek
    2. read selected passages from the Greek New Testament and translate them into idiomatic English, demonstrating understanding of the variety of translational approaches, including formal and dynamic equivalence
    3. use knowledge of Koine Greek to analyse, explore and articulate more complex exegetical arguments in New Testament studies.
