Youth Allowance and Austudy

Youth Allowance gives Australians under 24 years of age the opportunity to receive financial help while they study or train full-time.

Meanwhile, Austudy provides similar financial help to eligible Australians aged 25 years or more who are studying, or undertaking an Australian apprenticeship, full-time.

Student Start-up Loan

Students eligible for Youth Allowance, Austudy or ABSTUDY Living Allowance may also be entitled to a Student Start-up Loan.
