- With options to study online, on campus, or a combination of both, you can structure your study to suit your needs.
This program prepares health professionals from a broad range of backgrounds and disciplines to define, critically assess and resolve public health and nutrition problems. Students can undertake this program in a variety of fields.
Students may complete the program entirely by coursework or may incorporate a project, or in certain instances a dissertation. Projects and dissertations may be completed within Australia or overseas. Any expenses incurred in undertaking the dissertation/project are the responsibility of the student. The Master of Public Health program is the first in Asia Pacific to have achieved Curriculum Validation from the Agency for Public Health Education Accreditation (APHEA), one of the world's leading accrediting bodies for MPH programs. This validation confirms that the curriculum adheres to European standards for a modern comprehensive degree and contains the basic structure and core content expected from a Master of Public Health. Summer Semester entry is available to domestic students only as course offerings are limited in that semester.
