The Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) degree is a coursework degree program designed to provide comprehensive training in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer in both the primary care and specialist settings and builds on the foundation of the courses in the Graduate Certificate in Medicine (Skin Cancer). It is designed for all medical practitioners who work in the field of skin cancer. Upon completion, graduates will have received advanced instruction on skin cancer diagnosis and management including instruction on the critical evaluation of published research. The course is delivered entirely online.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for entry, you'll need:
- an approved degree in medicine; and
- 2 years full-time (or equivalent) post-qualification clinical practice, approved by the executive dean; and
- have access to, and any necessary permissions for, the use of appropriate and sufficient clinical cases in order to complete the program.
All applicants must satisfy the UQ English language proficiency requirements for admission.
If you've completed previous study, you may be eligible to receive credit for – or exemption from – certain subjects in a UQ program. Assessment of prior learning and the granting of credit or exemption will be consistent with the Recognition of Prior Learning Policy (limits in section 2.4).
