Understand frameworks around change theory, organisational culture, business analytics, technology strategy, and data visualisation

Digital Transformation Execution

The Digital Transformation Execution course addresses how to execute a transformation initiative. Understand how capability, communication and operational challenges often lead to transformation failure. Explore how to mitigate transformation challenges and sell your vision by developing key artefacts such as business cases, budgets, and initiative roadmaps. An Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in a related discipline (business or IT related) from a recognised tertiary institution.

Students who do not meet the above entry requirement for the Graduate Certificate may be considered for entry if they have five years relevant full-time work experience (business or IT related). Applicants will need to submit a CV.

English Proficiency Entry Requirements

International students are required to provide current evidence of English language proficiency for admission to RMIT University. You can provide your results from one of these three options:
