About this degree
Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to:
- Obtain, critically evaluate, analyse and coherently synthesise knowledge of a range of business theories and concepts.

- Apply research and analytical skills for the recognition and solution of business problem.

Recommended study pattern
Enrolment pattern
Because of the flexibility of the course requirements, there is no prescribed enrolment pattern. Students may choose the order in which they undertake subjects, depending upon the availability of subjects and the meeting of any pre-requisites. It is recommended, however, that students complete 100 level subjects before completing 200 level subjects and 200 level subjects before completing 300 level subjects. While the Bachelor of Business Studies has no prescribed study pattern nor specialisations, students are recommended to consider enhancing their employability in specific disciplines by completing up to 6 subjects in various discipline areas outlined below:

Entry requirements
Successful completion of two university level subjects (AQF level Associate Degree or higher) demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies.
A completed High School Certificate (or equivalent) with Minimum ATAR required 55 (including adjustment factors)
- A completed AQF Certificate III or higher level qualification, OR
- Minimum 50% completion of an AQF Diploma level qualification, OR
- Successful completion of a Tertiary Preparation Course from an Australian University or an accredited provider demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies.
Work experience of no less than two years full time duration in areas related to the course as demonstrated by a detailed resume.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and credit for current competencies will be granted to eligible applicants.
