The Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) is a federally registered employer organisation that represents over 5,500 small-to-medium-sized automotive businesses throughout regional and metropolitan areas of Victoria and Tasmania. With the largest majority of members, employing fewer than 20 employees, it is important that all training that is undertaken be relevant, affordable and, most importantly, flexible in its delivery. Although most training undertaken by the automotive industry is technical in nature, there is a great need amongst our members for high level management training. For these reasons VACC chose OUA to partner with, to avail all members with the opportunity to access high quality education in any of the key areas relevant to their own needs and those of the business they work in.

Westpac Group

Westpac Group's association with OUA began in 2010 through our employee benefits program. Since that time, the partnership has grown to include a scholarship program for employees to study any one unit of their choosing. OUA offers employees the opportunity to study in a way which aligns with our organisation's values and strategic priorities around diversity, flexibility and work-life balance. Westpac employees have provided excellent feedback to me regarding their personal OUA experience and the unique ability to tailor their study to suit their individual needs.

In my experience, OUA has exceeded expectations in developing the partnership and their willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to employees. I look forward to continuing the successful partnership with OUA.
