Administration fees
Here are the dates and information you need to know to ensure a successful and smooth study experience. We hope we've got your questions covered with information on swapping units, late enrolments and unit fees.
Late Enrolments
Enrolment will be accepted through our contact centre during opening hours, or online until midnight (EDT) of the online close of enrolment. Late enrolments may be accepted by phone from the Monday until the Wednesday following the Close of Enrolment, and will attract a non-refundable $55 Late Fee. Late enrolments may not be possible for some programs and units so the best advice is not to take the risk.
Academic Transcripts
There is no charge to download a Record of Results or Statement of Attainment, or for OUA to email your statement to a nominated third party. You can access these services from the Manage your study page of My OUA.
Swapping undergraduate and postgraduate units
Requests to swap units must be submitted to OUA in writing using the Online Enquiry Form.
For all undergraduate and postgraduate units a penalty of $50 per unit applies to all swap requests submitted after Close of Enrolment. For information on swapping TAFE units and enabling units refer to the Swapping units page.

Withdrawing from a unit
If you decide to withdraw from study, you may incur an academic or financial penalty or both depending on the date you submit your withdrawal request. To discuss the options available to you, contact an OUA Student Advisor, or your unit tutor for specific academic advice.
How to withdraw
Withdrawal requests must be submitted to OUA in writing using our online withdrawal form. OUA will inform the academic providers of your withdrawal if your request is received by the relevant withdrawal date. To withdraw from units you have not yet paid for, contact a Student Advisor.
Before submitting your request, read the information specific to your unit type and contact an OUA Student Advisor if you are not sure which penalties may apply.
