Description

Learn a wide range of theory relating to both management and the application of information technology to support management. You are encouraged to consider the importance of information for effective decision-making as well as the role and appropriateness of technology in various decision making contexts. Upon completion of this unit you will have developed an understanding of the connections and relationships between organisational structure, management and decision-making and be able to advise managers and system designers on selected issues and  technologies related to supporting management decision making.
