Description

This unit bridges the gap between IT infrastructure, eCommerce and knowledge-based frameworks to build an eBusiness. It extends earlier studies in eBusiness modelling and design, and takes strategic transformation and entrepreneurial eBusiness to the next stage. It goes beyond the theory to implementation by engaging you as the decision maker, offering advice for designing interrelated strategies focused on customer relationships, resource planning, order management, supply chains, and on evaluating investments needed to make them a reality.
