The Diploma of International Business provides a qualification for students interested in a career in management in export, import or trade. Graduates of this course will have the skills to identify new and emerging opportunities for business operating in these areas and the ability to develop strategies for the implementation of organisational plans.

Pathways - Diploma of International Business

  • Graduates of this course are guaranteed the equivalent of one year of credit towards the Bachelor of Business (Swinburne University of Technology)

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

Study Materials

MSIT utilises a range of educational technologies to deliver, mentor and support students studying in a blended or online mode. These include the my.TAFE Learning Management System (Janison system), I Connect (Elluminate Live) web conferencing system.

Assessment

Online submission of assessments for all units is required via the Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE learning management system. There is no requirement for invigilated exams for this course.

Award Requirements

To qualify for the award of Diploma of International Business students must complete all eight units.
