International exams
Exams are often included as a part of your unit's assessment criteria. If your units include exams you will be expected to sit an invigilated or supervised examination.
But don't worry, we'll help with the arrangements.
- Exams for international students are arranged by OUA Exam Services and held in a global network of venues.;
- Your exam does not require any additional payment.
- Exams are held during business hours, Monday to Friday, and usually begin in the week following the end of each Study Period or Session.
OUA Exam Services will usually be able to provide students with an exam venue or list of available venues. If OUA Exam Services cannot provide you with an exam venue, then you may arrange Special Local Invigilation.

Special Local Invigilation
Special Local Invigilation (SLI) is an option for those students who live more than 150 kilometres from an OUA approved exam venue, or have a medical condition or disability that precludes travel to an exam venue.
If you are studying in India, or seeking to sit your exam in India, you must contact OUA Exam Services directly to discuss and apply for an SLI. You must not submit your SLI application via the Online SLI Request Form.
