Computer requirements

To study online through OUA, you'll need to use a computer to access learning resources, do research, prepare your assessments, make notes, and communicate with your lecturers, tutors, support staff, and other students.

Whether you're using a desktop, laptop, or tablet, please check that your computer meets the minimum requirements listed below. And don't forget to check your unit details page, in case your unit has any additional requirements.

Note: Students running Apple systems are advised to check specific unit requirements before enrolment.

* The Safari browser for Mac is known to have some common problems and may not work with some online units. Firefox is recommended for Mac users.
