We're pleased to announce that Open Universities Australia is trialing an exciting new service in the Wyong and Shellharbour Shire Libraries. OUA Connect will be commencing in Week 2 of Study Period 3, Monday 3 September, 2012 at four involved libraries.
On a weekly basis, local students are encouraged to visit participating libraries to attend OUA Connect sessions where they will gain access to a dedicated librarian, access computers and learn helpful tips, discover what resources and support services are available to assist with studies and meet other OUA students in the area.
Session times are available at the following locations:
Lake Haven Library
Tuesdays 11am-1pmSaturday 10.00am-12.00pm (starting 20th October)
Lake Haven Shopping Centre
Warilla Branch Library
Friday 10am - 11am
Cnr Lake Entrance and Shellharbour Roads
Albion Park Branch Library
Russell Street near the swimming pool
There is no need to make an appointment - simply turn up at these times and start connecting with a specialist OUA Connect Library Officers, as well as with other students.
Of course you are welcome to access your local library at any other time as well and access all the resources available, so please check their details for general operating hours.
